Refund Policy
Service Refunds: Creavideo offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on its video production services for cosmetic companies. If a client is not satisfied with the service and cancels within the first 30 days of service activation, they may request a refund by contacting Creavideo’s customer support.
Eligibility for Refunds: To be eligible for a refund, the client must provide a valid reason for cancellation and request a refund in writing, either by email or through the client’s account portal. Refunds will only be granted for the video production service fees and do not include any additional fees, such as equipment rental, stock footage, or other add-ons.
Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to equipment rental fees, stock footage fees, setup fees, and any other fees not directly related to the video production service. These fees are clearly stated at the time of purchase and are not eligible for refund.
Refund Process: Once a refund request is received and approved, Creavideo will process the refund within 14 business days using the original payment method used by the client. The refunded amount will be prorated based on the remaining days in the current project timeline, and any discounts or promotions applied at the time of purchase may be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Exceptions: Creavideo reserves the right to deny refund requests in certain cases, including but not limited to:
- a. Violation of Creavideo’s terms of service or abuse of the video production services.
- b. Disputes related to equipment rental, stock footage, or other non-refundable fees.
- c. Refund requests made after the 30-day money-back guarantee period has expired.
- d. Refund requests for projects that have been completed or are in progress.
Service Changes: Creavideo reserves the right to update, modify, or change its refund policy at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review the current refund policy on Creavideo’s website or contact customer support for any inquiries or clarifications.
Customer Responsibility: It is the client’s responsibility to cancel their video production service with Creavideo if they wish to request a refund. Creavideo will not be liable for any charges incurred due to the client’s failure to cancel the service or request a refund within the designated timeframes.
By using Creavideo’s video production services, the client agrees to abide by this refund policy and the terms of service outlined by Creavideo.
