Delivery Policy

Service Activation: Once the payment for a video production service is received and confirmed, Creavideo will send a confirmation email to the customer with details regarding the project timeline, deliverables, and next steps. The service will be initiated promptly, usually within 24 hours, unless additional verification or scheduling adjustments are required.

Service Provision: Creavideo will provide video production services as described on its website or as agreed upon with the customer. This includes pre-production planning, filming, editing, and post-production services tailored to the customer’s specific needs. The final deliverables will be in accordance with the agreed-upon project scope.

Service Renewal: Creavideo offers video production services on both one-time and subscription-based models. For subscription-based services, automatic renewal will occur at the end of each billing cycle unless the customer cancels or modifies the subscription. Renewal invoices will be sent to the customer via email prior to the renewal date.
